• Physical Copies (if required):
  On special request, physical documents may be couriered via trusted partners (Blue Dart, DTDC, Speed Post, etc.) within 5–7 business days.
  Note: Courier charges are additional and communicated in advance.

🔄 Exchange Policy

• Services: Once a service has been initiated (consultation, application, or training), it cannot be exchanged for another service.

• Digital Products & Training Materials: Access once granted is non-exchangeable.
