COLLECTION & STORAGE OF INFORMATION

Registration at Migrantrix requires user(s) to share their personal details including but not limited to name, father's name, address, e-mail address, school, etc., which may be used by Migrantrix to arrive at a proper psychometric assessment.

Migrantrix may collect, by virtue of your access to the website, certain other information, including but not limited to your browser type, operating system, IP address, date and time you visit the site, the areas or pages of the site that you visit, the amount of time you spend viewing the site, the number of times you return to the site, your location and other click-stream data, to which you expressly agree hereunder.

Due to your access to the website, some files may be stored on your system, to which you agree by accessing the website.

Migrantrix also provides access to the user(s) through their respective Google/Facebook accounts, or as the case may be, during which process their personal or any other information may be shared with Migrantrix, which may be used by Migrantrix in terms of the Privacy Policy. Further, irrespective of the mode of your login to the website, you shall remain bound by the EULA/Privacy Policy and disclaimer of Migrantrix.

Migrantrix stores and processes your information at safe data centers/servers that are protected by physical as well as reasonable technological security measures and procedures in accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and Rules thereunder. You undertake not to object to your information being transferred or used in this way.

USE OF INFORMATION

Migrantrix shall have the right to use your information as provided by you, and such usage by us does not amount to violation of any rights you might have in your information. You agree to grant us a non-exclusive, world-wide, perpetual, revocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright, publicity and database rights (but no other rights) you have in your information, in any media now known or not currently known, with respect to your information.

Notwithstanding reasonable efforts in that behalf, Migrantrix cannot control the information provided by users which may be made available on the website. You may find other users’ information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or deceptive. Please use caution and practice safe interaction when using the website.

Migrantrix does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we only use your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We view protection of users’ privacy as a very important community principle. We understand clearly that your personal information is one of our most important assets.

Migrantrix may share the information provided by you with mentors, or as the case may be, to complete your requirement from Migrantrix; to contact you with information and promotional materials and offers from our company as well as from our affiliates, other related companies, educational institutions, marketing partners and other third parties, if you have agreed to receive such communications; or to government authorities if required under law or by any other mode permissible in law.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The term “Confidential Information” shall mean all information, whether written, oral or visual, that may be disclosed or made available by Migrantrix to the user(s), including but not limited to:

  • Technical, financial, commercial, or other information relating to the business or financial affairs, methods of operation or proposed methods of operation, accounts, transactions or products, proposed transactions or products, security procedures, internal controls or computer/data processing programs, algorithms, electronic data processing applications, routines, techniques, systems, policies, procedures, or personal information of Migrantrix, its users, customers, clients, business partners, alliances, or vendors.

  • Information or data which is confidential or proprietary to a third party in possession of Migrantrix.

  • All data, notes, summaries or other material derived from the above.

Exceptions apply for information that is publicly available, received lawfully from another source, independently developed without reference to the confidential information, approved for release by Migrantrix, or required to be disclosed under law with due notice to Migrantrix.

You agree to:

  • Treat all confidential information as the sole property of Migrantrix.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and use the information solely for the engagement.

  • Employ reasonable measures to protect confidential information from unauthorized disclosure.

  • Restrict access internally on a need-to-know basis and ensure those with access are bound by confidentiality obligations.

  • Continue confidentiality obligations for one (1) year after termination of engagement.

ACCEPTANCE

By using the site and/or by providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on the site by Migrantrix in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You agree and acknowledge that you have read and fully understood the Privacy Policy and the terms therein as mentioned on the website are acceptable to you.

CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY POLICY
